He is able to use these comfortably under his clothes and are absorbent enough to handle any of his accidents. Only the the waist is stretchable. I am a big booty thunder thigh women and this offers no stretch in those areas.

These Diapers work really well for me, I'm especially since I'm sitting in them all day long. One day I was in my wheelchair and I felt like I had to go #1. Well I didn't make it to the bathroom in time and I wet my diaper, and I thought I was going to have a leak.
