I have been using Depends for several years now, going with the flow with changes. I have found the flex fit to be a total "miss" on the absorbency scale. They leak around the legs on both sides causing my clothes and anything that touches them when I am sitting to get urine on them. In addition, taking them off and putting them back on even after a small amount of leakage, often causes my legs to get urine on them.

They fit great and didn't feel or look like I was wearing a big diaper. (I'm wearing one in the review picture!) First off he seems to be more comfortable in these. They’re stretchy and at the same time form to his fit. We haven’t experienced any leaks, so they’re absorbing really well. He likes these and and doesn’t complain about them or doesn’t mind wearing them.

If anybody is looking for a product similar to this one, I highly recommend this one. I love this product as I do need it cuz I have problems with leak control but this product took care of all that There is no smell when you wear this product. It is a very reliable product in my opinion and my opinion is because I use them. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They have significantly increased the comfort of these underwear. The comfort is exceptional. The waistband is a nice, soft cottony feel. So much better than the paper-like they used to be. They fit rather well, although the legs (for me) were a little loose. The waistband is nice and stretchy, ensuring they don’t slip down. They are extremely absorbent. I had to go on a trip and was traveling for 14hours, and these underwear held up during my travel time very, very well. The odor control is so much better than it used to be. There was no nasty smell at the end of the day, like you’d expect. Thoroughly impressive.

I am relatively new to the incontinence dilemma, I recently had prostate surgery, but Depend Fit-Flex failed badly right out of the starting blocks. Of the first box, at least a third and probably closer to half failed badly. The absorbent material separated from the front top and gravitated down to a big lump under my testicales. It was painful to sit down and after the separation failed to provide any absorbency, resulting in leaking. I called Depend to ask about proper usage, suggestions, etc. A young woman, certainly not an expert in the men's Depend usage, would only say that she would send me a $3 off coupon for my inconvenience. Major customer service failure!

I have multiple sclerosis, and incontinence is a common symptom that I experience. These Depends underwear absorb well without any leaking. They do not appear as bulky under clothing as many pads I have tried. I feel more confident that I won't have an embarrassing "accident" with Depends underwear. A very dependable product, and I highly recommend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fitflex underwear are as comfortable as regular underwear. They are excellent for bladder leakage. With that said, I have bowel leakage also, so I have to wear FitFlex backwards and add a Depends men's shield in front. I strongly urge Depends to make the absorbent material the same length on the back side as it does on the front side. I believe this would make a lot of customers happy.

They were fairly comfortable as far as fit and how bulky they were. They did absorb well, not excess wetness and thankfully no odor. I think these are a good option for discreet help for any type of occasional leakage.
