I tried a package of 30. I followed the instructions. Use the product at night. Had an accident twice during the month and was super absorbent. My only concern is, and maybe just me, but when I put them on, I know the grey bar is in back. However most of the pad seems to be covering my back end instead of the front. Feels weird. Shouldn't the absorbency pad be more in front for the guy? Strange asking these questions. Can someone give some advice?

Very disappointed in the last bag I purchased. The sides ripped apart while pulling up. I have used this product for years and am just wondering did I get a bad batch or has the quality gone down. If the next bag is the same I will go to another brand.

There is hardly no material on the sides, just the elastic band, so basically it’s all pad. Extra material on the sides would make it more comfortable and I think would make it feel less bulky. The pad is not too thick but doesn’t need to be so wide. But if you’re only sleeping in them, I guess the comfort level isn’t so important for some people.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fit great and i love the elasticity and durability. The absorbency is great and they are so breathable. They also control embarrassing odors, when I am walking or at the gym working out no sweaty smells, these are a for sure game changer.

I bought these to get me through a few days of the stomach flu, and the bad things that can happen while you sleep. They feel really great, but I could not keep them pulled up. Every time I get up and walk a few steps, they fall down. I'm about 250 lbs. with a 48" waist, so I bought the XL size. I'm afraid they will slip down and not cover what is important, should I have an accident.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The new size fits much better, more comfortable, snug and less likely to leak. It's amazing how much liquid these hold for being so thin. They are very discrete under clothing and look more like regular underwear than an incontinence product. My only complaint is that these are only really effective for bladder leakage. The crotch is sort of narrow and there is very little absorbent material in the back of the brief, so if you deal with bowel leakage these aren't for you.

Every month for a few days I have little accidents cause I can't hold my pee not even for a second and it always happens when my period is about to come these have no leakage , very comfortable and the sizing is perfect.
