These felt like regular underpants while wearing . I could not tell I was wearing these while I was wearing jeans or slacks. No panty lines or seams showed. I admit i was skeptical at first bc in the past any protective "underwear" ive tried absolutely didnt feel like these! I love the Depends, but as another posted they come unglued in the front. I've tried taping them, that didn't work, haven't tried glue yet but may. Once I had a whole pack that didn't stay stuck. Although they are quite expensive, I wish that Medicare would offer some help with them since they are medically necessary. I have incontinence and chronic diarreah (?). Please do something about the gluing of the front padding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Pull-up diapers are convenient to use, and if I'm having a bad day with alcohol, these are what I like to wear because they're easy to change, and they're very absorbent...I often wake up with a full diaper, but I guess that's good for a few gaps compared to the pull-up style, where I can get away with one gap and everything stays put until you need to readjust. Once you're emptying them, they'll feel bulky, so keep that in mind if you're wearing them in public...maybe experiment before going out so you know what your clothing choice can handle (don't wear light colors or thinner fabrics...jeans tend to hide more). As for value for money - they get the job done, and they're perfect for a lazy day at home, running errands around town, and overnight use. Just be mindful of what you're getting with any incontinence product.
