They are easy to use - just put ‘em on, like you would traditional underwear. Remove often and replace, or replace when soiled. The kicker to getting these to stay in the comfortable realm is to get sized correctly. These are a little too wide for me (distance shown between thumb and forefinger). They chafe, even when replaced often. So if you’re narrower in that direction, these may be too big for you. They cover a bit more than other brands. I highly recommend buying every flavor of incontinence pad or underwear to try out. It’s worth finding your perfect fit. But if you want to skip that, then you can’t go wrong with Depend.

You put it on and it's comfortable in the front, but seems a little snug in the back (which may detract from a point I'm about to make). Now I wanted to test these because post-pregnancy bladder leakage is real - particularly while working out. I was curious how these would look under leggings. I was surprised that you can't really tell! Lines are minimal if at all. It was pretty shocking. I cannot say for sure how much it holds, but its thickness seems adequate to hold a moderate amount.
