The quality and the results matter to me, especially when getting the job done. It's easy to slide on and off and absorb any incontinence you might have. At one point, my dad was unable to physically walk and go to the bathroom, and after his transplant, managing his incontinence became a little bit easier. Its soft and non irritating band if perfect for his delicate skin and doesn't cause irritation. I would definitely recommend this product.

I luckily have not needed to use these yet - I figured these would be good for emergency tummy troubles instead of incontinence...- so cannot comment on odor or absorbency, but I am keeping one or two in my bag and for future trips just in case. Good value too since a pack comes with 19 underwear!

I am a short fat man with a 54"waist. Even though your supposed XL fits up to a waist size 60, I feel they a very tight and keep slipping down to my knees. So imagine, I have to have a pair of suspenders to hold up my underwear as well as a pair to hold up my pants. And then when I sit down, it's another sorry sight and feeling! Don't you have a 2XL or larger for us really rotund guys!
