I thought that all the incontinence underwear were the same bulky, and tight in all the wrong places . But the "Depends Flex Fit " underwear are the most comfortable I have ever wore. I had almost given up on finding the fit and movability that did not make me feel like and old lady, who stayed at home, instead of being able to live life again. All I can say is thank you !!!

I now know what I will use when I do become incontinent. The absorbency was amazing as well as order control. My mother in law had used these so I do know they work amazing. I would like to see the underwear part be longer, more brief like as for me it was not as comfortable as I would like as for it to cover my belly it fit more like a low cut boy's style brief rather than a full coverage brief like a real panty. If I pulled it up where it hit my waist it fit more like a very high cut panty, like a bathing suit with the high cut legs which I did not like and was just not comfortable. In other words your extra large isn't really large enough to fit like real underwear and to be comfortable for full size women.

They easily can hold 1/2 a cup of water, and have absorption padding for the rear end and front the front pouch. They stretch, mine are a size Large, but before stretching it out it has more of a Medium size waistband. Of course you want it to be tight for a better seal, but it could be more comfortable with the use of a bamboo-like material in the stretchy areas. They definitely will last long enough for you to clean up after an accident, but they probably won’t last your 5 hr road-trip to your next hotel.
