They are also discreet enough that nobody will even notice you’re wearing them. (I mean, someone could tell if they got right up close and poked around, but that’s between you and them tbh. 🙃)

This product works fine for urinary incontinence but is not dependable at all for bowel incontinence. The padding is too low in the back and feces leaks through the thinner part above the padding and stains exterior clothing. We end up with multiple clothing changes daily and my laundry has at least doubled. The fit is good, they just don't work like they did before they "improved" them. Personally, I am shopping around for something more suitable for my 24 year old son with disabilities.

The quality of the underwear was impressive and it is able to absorb 25x its weight. Any liquid turns into gel, so that means less worrying about leaks. Helps me feel dry throughout the day and it doesn't cause any irritation.

During my absorbency test, I was also very impressed with how much liquid the underwear was able to hold without bleeding through. But I did get to try these for free from Influenster ! Me and my mother both tried these ! We loved them. They’re stretchy. Absorbent. (She leaks a lot ) they didn’t leak. They’re comfortable. No irritating. The comfort level is a good 9/10. The only thing I did not like was the odor these leave after only wearing about an hour. It’s not a body odor it’s like a stale weird odor. I’ve never smelt any or these in different brands smell like that. It’s unpleasant. So that’s why I have four stars instead of five. I’d definitely ask a few more people if the odor was an issue. Me and my mother both tried these and we both had this same weird scent. I’m not sure what to compare it to.

He is a smaller gentleman and said that these could have fit slightly better. He also mentioned that some padding on the back would be more appreciated just in case the wetness concentrated back there. Overall, he said they were comfortable and did a fair amount of absorbing along with odor protection.

They did not fit well and you could see that I was wearing them under my clothing. I can say they did absorb well and did control the odor. Right now it is summer here and it seemed hotter when wearing them.
