There a printed design on the front to help you know which side is the front. Inside is also lightly printed. Much better control of the "swishing " noise. No one wants to hear it.

The women pictured on the packaging is still young! Some health conditions such as incontinence, post surgery and even bladder issues can cause stress for women that need to still function daily with needed support. They are really comfortable as the material of them is very soft. They are very secure in the waist, but not where it matters. They are bulky like a diaper and are not discrete, even in sweatpants. They also kind of put off an odor.
