I also had chafing in between my legs. These pull on briefs felt like regular underware. Even with tighter pants on I didn't feel like everyone could tell that I was wearing a bladder product. I bought these for my 94 year old Dad, who is becoming incontinent. They work really well. Easy for him to put on, although it would be nice if the back tag was darker. Sometimes he does put them on backwards. He finds them comfortable and for me his caretaker, they are easy to dispose. We buy them by the case and can not be with out them.
