They have been especially helpful during my pregnancy for managing occasional incontinence, giving me extra confidence and peace of mind.

They feel very similar to regular underwear, with a soft and discreet material that is not noticeable under the clothes. One major thing though is she said it does leak quite a bit. She had to double up on them when wearing them so no accidents would happen. These are more for accidents rather than everyday use.

I feel confident and protected from any leakage or odor. The material stretches so they are comfortable around the tummy and legs.

They can hold a lot in there without any leakage.It's not bulky, it fits and it's smooth underneath your clothes so it feels like and looks like regular underwear. They last a while without having to change it. Over and over cause, it can hold a lot in it. And they do keep you dry. So it's not the wetness feeling on you..

After awhile I finally forgot I was wearing them, but they aren't so comfortable that they feel like regular underwear. The waist band comes up just high enough that they provide full coverage, but aren't peeking out of my pants. They do fit nicely under my underwear, so I can remove them in a public bathroom if need be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put these diapers on an elderly individual, these diapers are extremely comfortable and durable. They effectively hold in all excrement and are overall a very good alternative to some more expensive brands.

I buy these for my mom. I have been happy with how they absorb but not with the new shipment that I just received last week. She would very seldom have leakage when she woke up in the morning and now she has leakage every morning. It is usually bad enough that when she sits up on the side of the bed it “squeezes” out into the bed. Luckily I use the bed pads but they have to be washed and her gown. Usually a trip to the shower to wash off. I still had one from the last box and they have definitely changed, they say new softer and quieter it should say not as absorbent because they aren’t as thick. Not sure if there are any other brands that are better but I’m going to check because if these new ones are the best it’s pretty sad. They need to have left them alone and not “improved “ them
