First off, the fit is excellent without being tight, and it contours well to the body without slipping or bunching, which adds to the overall comfort and security throughout the day. The material is soft and stretchy, making it feel more like real underwear than a typical incontinence product. It has no smell to them and I have worn one so far and it does not leak. But to my surprise these size s/p fits like a glove. I immediately went to the store and got two more. The fit is a bit LONG on me and seem to just come up to my breast. The absorbency is great because I had a little accident and it was not a problem at all with these on.

I have purchased pads before and thought I'd give these a try. While I don't use either product on a regular basis (at least, not yet!) I will if I am going to be away from home for an extended period of time. I expected these to be heavy and bulky feeling but was pleasantly surprised. They are stretchy, fit close to the body as regular underwear, and don't sag throughout the day. They also felt light where no one will notice you are wearing them. I had to work an outdoor event for several days last month, roughly 10 hour each day. Bathroom breaks were few, and far between, the porta-johns were far from my work station, and there was always a line. This product kept me clean, dry, and fresh all day.
