It was not bulky and I sampled it under tights and jeans. They are breathable. Not sure about absorbance, as I did not experience any bladder leakage during the trial of the underwear. They somewhat control odor but with large amounts of incontinence, nothing will control that odor. They do fit well and breathability is so so. Overall would recommend, especially the Depend brand.
