They definitely help with odor control their breathable and they fit perfect. I would recommend this to anybody that would need them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m not the typical Depend Incontinence Underwear customer but since the (physically traumatic) birth of my first child ten years ago, I’ve had incontinence issues when I cough, sneeze or even run. I got my typical size and they fit well. Not too tight or loose. They’re the “Nighttime” style and have a large, very absorbent pad so they do bunch quite a bit on my bottom and front. I wouldn’t be able to wear leggings or form fitting pants with these. I can also feel the pad when I sit. I like how they tried to make them a little cute with the flowers on the front and nude color. They are great as far as absorbency and odor control go. Overall I’m very satisfied.

So comfortable & breathable you get a good night's sleep without even knowing you're wearing them!! You be saying phew instead of peewe no ordor from urine or sweat. They have great absorbency with no leaks, and I feel secure wearing them throughout the night. However, they aren't that breathable and need to be changed frequently to avoid the odor.

Mom is very petite and some brands don’t stay up at the waist once they have some liquid absorbed. But these do. She can wear her stretch waistband slacks when using these without concern they will slide down. Smooth fitting and non bulky, you they are undetectable as incontinance panties under those stretchy slacks. Breatheable and soft, they hold a lot, yet keep wetness away from her skin so she does not have irritation or infection.

I didn't notice any issue with odor, though I didn't leave them on long dirty. I'm 155 lbs and between an 8 and 10 pant size and they were comfy, but a hair snug in waist. I think if you wear a size 10, you should probably go up to a large.
