The fit is comfortable, secure, and feels just like regular underwear—no bulky look or awkward feeling under clothes. This product is a waste of money. i purchased a pack of the Always Discreet, pullups for women. I purchased them for my mother and the first night i put them on her she was soak and wet. And i had two pullups on her. I will never purchase these again. To be honest i wouldn't refer this product to anyone.

I’ve suffered with chronic bronchitis since I was little so every time I get a cold, there’s a good chance it’ll turn to bronchitis. This means LOTS of coughing. VERY HARD coughing. The kind that tests the boundaries of my weak pelvic floor like nothing else. This product got me through many workdays without having to bring extra changes of clothes every day.

Poorly made / flimsy materials. I only use them until I have kidney surgery, but God Bless my friend or anyone who HAS TO wear them round the clock for protection. WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THE QUALITY OF MOST PRODUCTS IN THE LAST TEN YEARS OR SO? Maybe companies need to pay higher salaries, provide adequate supplies, and give employees young and old the incentive to feel pride like some of us were blessed to feel.
