It is decently comfortable but I would only wear them for a few hours. They did have a small hole in them as I would pull them up so I didn’t feel they were super durable. It has a dry shield in case you have an accident, you will stay dry. They come in all different sizes. Small, medium, large, extra large and larger sizes. It’s a great product. It actually feels like you’re wearing underwear and they don’t leak.
