I've completely switched to these pads. Very comfortable and stayed in place. Keeps you dry and helps with odors.

I’ve bled thru them a couple of times, and they tend to move around a lot so at the end of the day, I might as well have just walked around commando.

I really love these. They are flexible and don’t feel uncomfortable when you wears them. If you are more on the heavier side then I don’t recommend.
