It has been very reliable. Only complaint would be the noise level is louder than I had hoped but is not a big problem. Overall I'm very happy with it.

I love it. I rent my house and the AC units are neither saving me money neither cooling enough. This devise is saving my life, I have it working for a kitchen, dining room, living room and another little room. It is working great and I am thinking of buying another one because it is too much for only one unit.

Bought this just in time for a heat wave in my area. It's set up in my relatively small bedroom, which means its cooled within ten minutes. If I got a fan blowing into my main living space it should be able to cool both spaces well. I'm considering putting it up on a stool or plarform to make draining a little easier. Fits in my tall window alroght, though I had to drill new holes in the palstic for it to fit. I'm able to sleep while its on, though I'm a heavy sleeper that likes white noise.

Purchased this a month ago and have been extremely pleased with this unit! Not only the efficiency but most importantly the quietness during cooling, especially compared to other units. I ended up replacing a competitors unit with this one and it was the best move that I could make!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The overall quality of this unit surprised me. I found it to be well built with all the needed accessories to install the window exhaust.. It is heavy but with the bottom castors it moves easily. The cold air discharge is much quieter than expected, so overall I'm extremely pleased. My only concern was when plugging unit into an outlet that is GFI protected it "trips out". A call to LG customer service indicated that its normal and unit should be plugged into a non protected circuit since the unit has a built in GFI.

We purchased this unit a few months ago, we were looking for something that could cool a large room and be quiet at the same time. It's very difficult to find a quiet AC that can do the job. Our local appliance store did a great job at finding this one for us, it cools the room and we can sleep at night! I would highly recommend this unit to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The portable A/C unit is Internet capable but the instructions say it will only work on a 2.4g network. I sent a request to support and they sent me a link to a different support site asking me to resubmit my problem. I have not gotten it to work.
