Doesn’t taste like Kit Kat and there is something about the ice cream not freezing like a normal drumstick

First time buying KitKat Icecream. Taste was good but had several crushed and broken cones. Thought I would be eating it by the cone, Not a Bowl. Tried to add photo but couldn’t upload it.

my ice cream was melted and refrozen! it was disgusting when we opened the box. we had to throw it out because my kids did not want to eat it! DISGUSTING!!! The employees need to do better!!

I wanted to really enjoy these, but I just couldn't. There are far more chocolate cones, than there are vanilla. The coating on the cone taste exactly luke a Kit Kat. More vanilla cones please.
