I have bought many boxes since the beginning of the pandemic. The newer towels are not the same quality. Definitely not as soft or absorbent. Item numbers are the same, but much thinner product. Bummer!

I purchased these paper towels due to the reviews. They were a little harder than expected or wanted. This also was a first time purchase of paper towels of this type. I would have like them to be softer.
