After adding the Zinus boxspring, our mattress felt much more firm and supported. Besides putting us at the right height so our pillows would not get wedged between the mattress and headboard, we slept much better than just with the mattress by itself. It was fairly easy to unfold and get onto bed frame with one person.

Husband falls asleep in 2 seconds. I'm still a little restless, just because I tend to think about why we waited so long. All I want to do is be in my bed and on the weekends i make time to get a nap in. Earlier I told my coworkers, "I think my mattress is making me lazy because I just want to be wrapped up in the comfort." My lower back pain is gone! Yay! We will definitely be purchasing this brand for our kiddos soon. Thanks Zinus for an Amazing quality product at an outstanding affordable price. Initially I was a little cautious about the claims being made but upon receiving and setting up, it is just as advertised and more. Setup was beyond simple and because the foundation is now so sturdy, the feel of our bed has improved. Needless to say I will recommend and will purchase should the need arise again.

Never could have imagined how wonderful my new Zenus bed box spring and bed frame are but the main thing is I sleep pardon the expression like a baby and that doesn't mean I wake up and cry a lot! This box spring frame is a miracle! I have a miniature (short) stairway. A regular queen box spring would not fit down it. Zinus, Jayanna was the answer! It arrived in a timely manner, great condition and was awesome to set up. Really sturdy, 15 minute set up from box opening to on the frame. Highly recommend! Make your life easy! As a single woman don’t rangle a queen box spring, order Zinus!

I just received my 5 in bifold full size box spring, however I’m now realizing its 1 inch smaller on both ends than the mattress I was going to order. I am having a hard time finding a mattress the same size. Will the extra inch on my mattress look and feel right? Not sure why the dimension's are off. I would think a full size boxspring would be the same dimensions as a full size mattress?

It unfolds easy but no instruction how to fold back up. I am returning because it is not exactly box springs. I bought the twin size. It just gets the mattress off the floor. I wasn't going to use it for permanent use. Just for grandchildren visits and wanted to be able to store it. It was a fail for me but I can see where it can save people money. I just need instructions how to fold it back.

As soon as I opened the box spring mattress I could smell a funky odor. I aired the box spring out in the garage thinking the smell had gone away. Once I brought it upstairs my 3 year old daughter was so excited for her “big bed”. I put the bed in her room and let her sleep on it. By the morning her room had the smell of a musty or moldy smell. She also had developed some type of cough within this time. I called customer service to tell them what was going on with the box spring. They had told me that unfortunately they will just have to investigate the purchase. Investigate. Like I was lying about the smell and the health of my child. I asked them to please come pick up the mattress and box spring. The customer service agent told me someone will just have to get back to me. All I wanted was a new one. Still no phone call, reply or answer. So now I have a twin bed I paid $300 for that I can’t do anything with and I have to buy something new. On top of it go the the dr for this mysterious cough my daughter now has. Overall not happy with the way sams club is going about the whole situation and I have never had a problem beforehand with them. And as a business owner we purchase all of our supplies from there. Not impressed.

Arrived quickly and was easy to fold out. Also, this product is cheaper (and obviously, much more convenient and sturdy) than the junk others sell at the big box mattress stores. We recently bought an Avocado King mattress and that company does not sell box springs so they recommended Zinus. Glad they did! The new mattress sat too low on our new bed but now with the steel box springs, it is perfect. Note that we originally had the box springs up-side down which is not comfortable. After a night's sleep, we woke up smarter, did the flip and now the new bed, new mattress and new box springs work in harmony.

It's only been a few weeks but so far it's pretty good. I'm not waking up in pain. Aside from my 3 year old waking me up and wanting to come lay in our bed..I have not woken up on my own in the middle of the night. If that makes sense. We also bought one for our 5 year old and he seems to be sleeping peacefully as well. I'll let you know in a few more weeks how I feel..
