Too soft.

This folding box spring is just right for my full size bed and was a breeze to set up. It's exactly as described. I am planning to get another one for my queen bed that is upstairs in the converted attic/master bedroom suite, where the stairs make it impossible to get a traditional box spring up there. Zero assembly required!

I am extremely impressed with the Bi-Fold Box Spring Folding Foundation. I bought two (one for each of my queen sized beds). I would seriously recommend these for anyone who needs a box spring foundation. So simple that I could do it! Unfolds into a hugh foundation, and extremely comfortable. I bought this in conjunction with new mattress' and bed's. Man am I happy!

I just received my order for a second queen bi-fold mattress and am a bit annoyed that what I received was a split queen and not the single piece queen I received with the first order. Digging through the reviews and questions will explain that full/queen/king mattresses were changed to split mattresses but.... The Sams website shows a single piece mattress and shipping box and uses both old (single piece) and new (split) part numbers for the same item. It's not helpful that two orders for the "same" item placed at different times would cause two significantly different products to be received without any warning. The website needs to be updated. As far as the product, the single piece was great, jury's out on the split spring.

Ours did not come with the cover on. It tore as we tried. Both the way in the picture and any possible combination. We have done many other types of furniture assembly; this one had us stumped. Called manufacturer customer service and they were no help. Almost every YouTube video we found showed the cover on it. Will see how this works once in use.

It works great. A little slow in delivery but i love it! My bed sits up higher than it did
