We have been using the warmer now for a few weeks and it works great! Cheese is a good temperature and easy to dispense. The great thing is there is no messy clean up! The cheese is totally self contained so there is nothing to clean. It does take several hours to heat up the cheese, but there is a tray to put an extra bag in to warm up while you are using another bag.

I have an concession, and this machine is definately a step up in my nacho selling. Several really good features. Portion control, absolutely no clean up, really easy to load cheese and dispense cheese, warms pretty quick, probably about 2 hours, and has a place for an extra bag of cheese, the machine has really got good graphics on it. Thermometer on outside of cabinet makes the Health Dept folks happy. Appears to be insulated good which will save power. Quiet operation. If you have ever used a Gehls machine or a crock pot, you will be impressed with this unit. I'm very pleased

Been using this for a couple of months now in our high school concession stand. Don't know why we didn't buy one of these years ago. Easy cleanup and no wasted cheese. We used a crock pot before and always threw out a bunch of cheese at the end of the night.

Nacho cheese warmer is a great addition to our swim team concession stand. Easy to load, great flavor and "0" mess. Makes for quick delivery to hungry swimmers and pre-measured amounts of cheese control food cost. Overall... very happy with our purchase!

I purchased this machine for our school district's concession stands. It's easy to use and warms up pretty quickly. I had a problem the first time I used it, but it's been great since then. Recovering the cost is going to be a little longer term, but worth the investment.

Great product but the machine gets so hot that it burns the cheese in the bag. Read the directions to see how to turn the temp down or you will be throwing out alot of product.

Now that I bought the cheese dispenser, why aren’t you selling the cheese sauce?

Purchased this product on 3/8/10 for our little league snack bar. By 3/21, it was not working properly. The heating unit must have been defective. I called the manufacturer and they were great. Asked a few questions, asked for serial # and model and said that they would replace and ship another one free of cost. For the few days that it did work, it worked great. Heating the cheese up to a nice hot temperature and very easy to replace cheese bags. I hope the replacement works for longer than a week.

We bought this for our concession stand a couple of months ago and have noticed that the cheese continually leaks from the nozzle. Manual states that cheese can be held in machine for up to 5 days if left on to keep warm. We left the cheese on Monday night and came in 2 days later to find that approximately half of the full bag of cheese had gradually leaked out of the nozzle onto the counter in a huge mound of wasted product. This is not the first time for it to leak but it is a first to this degree. I would like to return the machine if I could. The bags of cheese are far too costly to waste about 1 bag per carton of 4. Unacceptable for a program that is trying to raise money for their students.

Less than 1 month ago, I bought the chili/cheese dispenser for school concession stand along with bags of cheese and chili. Trying to reorder cheese and now it's unavailable. Not even an option to purchase. Totally unacceptable!
