I feel like I have tried the majority of the pens out there and believe that the Pilot G2 bold blue ink pen has silky smooth ink with a comfortable grip that does not lead to early writing fatigue. I wrote a sentence (as pictured) and completed the smear test. It honestly held up well; however, I did remove a star because those who write faster may experience more smearing, or if you use this pen to write a card, you may need to wait a few extra seconds before closing the card to ensure there is no transfer to the other side. Other than this, I would absolutely keep this pen in my scrub pocket!

I like bold thick points usually in blue rather than black so this worked out great! Pinot is a very dependable & popular brand that I use often.
