Loved it at first and without any issues. Suddenly stopped working. Not happy

We used this about 5 times and now it won't hold a charge or turn on at all. Complete waste of money

lasted 5 minutes

My husband used it for 5 minutes and when he went to change heads the the entire insides came out. Apparently it was missing a screw.
