Will not turn on

I bought this six months ago and have not used it much. It will not turn on. The lights come on when the charger is plugged in but no matter how much I charge it, it never turns on.

It worked great...until it didn't.

I am having the same problem as so many others. I bought the massage gun from Sam's Club in April 2023 and used it with no problem four or five times. I charged it according to the directions as previously, and it will not power on. I called the 1-800 number on the instruction sheet, and I was told that there was a 90 day warranty, and because it was made in China, they can't help me or send me replacement parts. The customer service representative (I use the term VERY LOOSELY) repeated this over and over when I told her I didn't want parts, just someone to help me troubleshoot. I asked for another number, same answer. I finally called Nordic Track who gave me another number of iFIT. I had to take pictures and email them and answer all kinds of questions. The rep finally told me to contact Sam's Club to see if they could help me. He was very nice but basically passed the problem on to Sam's, who of course, can't help with troublshooting. I was on the phone for over two hours from start to finish. Very disappointed.

do not buy

I purchased one and it didn't turn on. Returned it and tried purchasing another one, same issue. I just don't understand what is wrong with these.

Used once and it won't take a charge now!

Purchased this in December as a gift. Used it once and put it on a charge and nothing happens. I'm really upset because I'm 72 years old and this is an expensive purchase and it's a dud! I would like my moneyback or a replacement unit!

Won't charge
