Bought this as a gift. It arrived on time but did not have the gift message included in the box so recipient did not know who it was from. Arrived looking nothing like the photo online. The vase was too big for the arrangement so the flowers looked sparse and didn't look full like in the photo.

The description says it’s 24 stems but when I saw a picture, it appeared to be about 12 stems and some flowers looked sad or maybe wilted. I’ve ordered several times from Sam’s and haven’t had any issues until now. I will be contacting them for a refund.

Delivery had delay after delay, after delay. Then, when I thought they would deliver for sure, they said they are only scheduled for a week day delivery and held the deliver over the weekend until Monday and then did not deliver again! The Flowers Eventually arrived but were mostly dead with brown and black blotches. These were a birthday gift for my daughter. I was embarrassed when she sent me a picture of what was delivered. The advertised picture shows beautiful sunflowers with beautiful Orange roses, small pink flowers and small purple flowers. What they delivered, although nearly dead, were yellow sunflowers DARK RED roses, some purple flowers but no pink flowers at all. Yellow sunflowers, dark red roses, and small purple flowers do not look good together. My daughter was kind and understanding, not wanting to hurt her mother's feelings. I was extremely disappointed and so sad that not only were the flowers late for her birthday but were UGLY and DEAD. I had her waiting for days for nothing. So sad.

I buy flowers as gifts from Sam's often. They are always beautiful and look as they do in the photos online. I don't know if because of the heat, this order of flowers did not hold up, but the quality of these are very low. Some of my roses are turning brown. My flowers are not bright as pictured. I wish I would've just went to a florist.

The flowers were beautiful and fresh. BUT definitely not how I expected them. They came in a box and not "put together". It just kinda took the magic of receiving/gifting flowers. Idk if I just misunderstood how they would be delivered or what. But ultimately they were pretty and the price was a deal.

Flowers arrived on time and I was assured they are beautiful, none dead or broken. However, the card simply said "Dear Emma," nothing more, not the message I wrote or my signature. If I had not mentioned to the person receiving that they would be receiving a delivery, they would have had no idea who sent them.

I bought these to brighten up my sick son's day. The flowers were delivered without the gift card. He was unaware of who they were from. The flowers that were delivered did not look like the photo of the flowers online. I was very disappointed when I saw the bouquet that was delivered. I would not order them again.
