Brightened My Day Bouquet!

The flowers were not fresh nor full as the photo online! This was a gift that I purchased for someone to brighten up their day after losing a parent. When I received a thank you with a photo of the flowers, I was very disappointed with how the flowers looked! The online photo is a  misrepresentation of the product!

Disappointed

I ordered these for my sisters birthday and they looked NOTHING like this.  I will never order flowers from Sams Club again.  It had 2 roses and 1 sunflower, the rest was greenery.  I am so embarrassed to have sent this as a gift.  I do not recommend.  Tried to upload a photo but they didn't allow

VERY DISAPPOINTED!

I just received the flowers and they are beautiful.  Please understand, these flowers are being shipped from a different state.  Mine travelled from east to west.  When the flowers arrive, they will look sleepy and they will be thirsty.  Mine arrived fresh and not that sleepy.  Follow the directions!  I followed the directions to a T and within 10 minutes, my flowers bloomed.  You can't be the price for this lovely bouquet.  It comes with a vase.  I love it!

Perfect!

My mom sent a picture to thank us and not one sunflower was in the picture, and it was missing some of the smaller flowers .  Was half the size of what was pictured and sad looking !  I’m embarrassed this was a gift.  So grateful we saw the picture or else we would have thought it was nice.

I ordered these flowers to be delivered for a family member going through a rough time as a cheerful expression of support.   No where did i see these flowers required the person receiving them to cut and arrange the flowers themselves.   I picked Sam's because they are located in the town of where i was sending the flowers and assumed an arrangement be made and would be delivered as pictured.   The order was delivered in a box that was damaged and half opened (see attached pictures).  The flowers in the box had less flowers and greenery than pictured online.  I feel this is very deceiving by not disclosing how the flowers would be sent and by not getting sending what is pictured.   I will never order flowers from you again.

Very disappointing

I ordered these flowers for two different friends in different states, they both sent pictures and they were beautiful, so fresh looking. A week later my friend sent another picture and they were still awesome looking, she could not believe it. It was so nice to see, because when you send something you never know how they will be. Definitely ordering from them again!
