Beautiful flowers, delivered timely.

I ordered these flowers to be delivered for a family member going through a rough time as a cheerful expression of support.   No where did i see these flowers required the person receiving them to cut and arrange the flowers themselves.   I picked Sam's because they are located in the town of where i was sending the flowers and assumed an arrangement be made and would be delivered as pictured.   The order was delivered in a box that was damaged and half opened (see attached pictures).  The flowers in the box had less flowers and greenery than pictured online.  I feel this is very deceiving by not disclosing how the flowers would be sent and by not getting sending what is pictured.   I will never order flowers from you again.

Very disappointing

Ordered for my sister's birthday & 3 weeks later the flowers are still gorgeous!!  The care that went into the packaging/handling was phenomenal.  The presentation was beyond anything that I've ever ordered/received from a local florist.  Sam's is our "go to" for flower orders.  🌹🌻🌾  No more mediocre bouquets from other online companies.  Will definitely order again!! 🤩
