Trash can itself works great with a soft close lid. Outside was dented when received even though there was no visible damage to the box when it arrived. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5

So far this has been an excellent trash can after a couple months. The finish is excellent. The design of the inside liner is well thought out and easy to remove. The price is great for what you get.

Lid doesn't open all the way so it gets in the way when emptying. Also, wish the lid had the option of staying open which is helpful when peeling potatoes.

The trashcan is great, it is a replacement for an itouchless trashcan that I recently broke. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a mechanism to keep it open like my previous trashcan. That feature comes in handy when cleaning and cooking.

Quiet closing. Easy step to open. Great if you have trash in your hands. I had a small little trash bag inside the cabinet door. The little bag had to be emptied a couple times a day. Now we empty the new can a couple times a week. 🥳

We had it in silver and loved it. We remodeled the kitchen and had to have it in gold. The silver one is still in fabulous condition and has been relocated. The gold is perfect.

We've owned one of these trash cans for about a year, and have had no problems. The liners are easy to change and there are no odors. The foot pedal and lid works as they should and the same as when they were new.

I like that you can’t see the plastic garbage bag and that it matches stainless steel appliances. The slow, quiet closing top and step to open the can are the best too!

Not only is the product is well made and works smoothly, but it is also attractive. The bags fit securely into the plastic inner can, are easy to tie off and remove.

to hard to get bag to stay in place. Also should be a little taller. I have to take the bag out when it is full in the canister, and when taken out there is still over quarter of the bag that can have more garbage. Very disappointed
