The ride on CC2s seems harder and fuel consumption is higher. I can understand the lower fuel mileage: The new tires' tread pattern might need a settling-in period and mileage would eventually improve. But the harder ride needs further observation.

This is my third set of Michelin Cross Climate 2 on now ALL three of my cars & we love how they handle in the rain & snow! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great all season tire.

Just bought them yesterday. The ride is a stiffer, but on grooved pavement scared the heck out of me. The car stayed in its lane but it felt like I was in a child's bouncy chair . Now I'm worried about how it will handle in winter driving..
