I have been an auto service tech for 42 years and have dealt with many tire problems, but never Michelin. I have always put Michelins on my vehicles throughout the years for peace of mind and assurance. Michelin X - ICE Snow exceeds my expectations every winter.

I bought these tires last winter when we already had snow and bad weather. I noticed the different right away. I was sliding alot less around town and felt more comfortable on the road. Unfortunately I got a got new vehicle and the size I bought won't fit it. But I do plan on buying the same ones again for my new car.

After having owned several generations of the Pilot Sport Alpin, my tire dealer only had the X-Ice Snows available this time. They’re great in the snow and wet, but REALLY annoying in dry handling, in that they make a lot of noise above maybe 0.3g. The Alpins NEVER exhibited this characteristic….

I purchased the Michelin Ice snow tires last fall and used them through the winter driving Period. I mounted them on my SUV and found the ice tezction simply fantastic for control and breaking. The snow driving was excellent as well. I highly recommend this tire.

I left for work early in the morning of Toronto’s big snowstorm last January .. having to work my way through streets that had yet to see a snow plow … this was my first test of the Michelin X-Ice Snow tires and they were fantastic. I do have an all wheel drive crossover (Mazda CX-30) and it only took me an extra 8 minutes to get to work … I felt in total control of the car. Worth every penny I spent on these tires!!!

I run Michelin X-Ice Snow tires all year round. They are quiet and work good on our rain soaked roads as well as in snow. They last in excess of 70,000 km and I never have a flat tire. I run only Michelin tires on all our vehicles. Great tires that take very little balance weight.

Recently had to purchase new winter tires to drive through the mountains (by-law). I’ve never heard of Michelin X-Ice Snow and I was expecting myself to purchase X-Ice3 set. I searched up the tires the parts and service at Honda told me they had chosen to put on my Odyssey and I found out it was their latest generation X-Ice tire. It felt so good driving through the mountains! I live in a very snowy and icy city and I felt like I was driving on dry roads, it’s actually absurd. I’m confident in these tires after driving on them for a month now.

I have purchased Michelin Winter Tires for over a decade now. I have run X-Ice and X-Ice2 in the past on our Ford Focus and currently run Michelin Latitude X-Ice on our large SUV. After reviewing what was available we chose the Michelin X-Ice Snow SUV for our new small SUV. The grip on ice and in deep snow is excellent. Probably the best version of the X-Ice tires we have bought to date.

Honestly everyone is complaining these tires suck on there AWD escapes or rav4s or CRVs w/e i have a set (only 2) on the back of my genesis coupe that sits like 1 inch off the ground and it trucks through snow, ice, slush, I think a lot of you need to just learn to drive in the snow.

I had two sets of x ice snow suv for my Range Rover and Tesla model x plaid. Range Rover is heavy and the tires do good in winter. Tesla has over 1000 lb ft of torque had one time slippered on the road bump in the snow road. Overall I only use this brand and this series. I think other brand is either too thick or too thin.
