I went from Good Year Eagle Sports to the General G-MAX tires on my 2013 Mini Cooper S.  Absolutely transformed how the car handles and rides. These are fantastic tires, quiet, sticky, great in hard rains. I will be looking at a set for my wife's car when she is due for new tires. I can not get over how affordable these tires were, and just how fantastic they are.

I purchased these tires for a friends car... 2004 Mustang V6. It has been modified to suit a handicapped friend of mine that has no legs. He drives very conservatively. All feedback I get from him is 100% positive. They were installed several months ago and have been driven through dry, rain and light snow conditions and they have given him good confidence in all conditions.  I am definitely going to consider buying these tires again when my other cars are ready!

I purchased the G-Max AS-05 tires about a week ago and have already logged over 500 miles with them on my 2007 Lexus ES350. I drive 30K interstate miles a year. I have almost 300K miles on my car and have always used the more expensive Michelin tires...and a few other ""trial"" brands which could never match Michelin performance. Well, as soon as I hit the road with the G-Max tires I knew I had a winner. The super smooth ride and tight steering response is 5 stars so far. Traction and overall vehicle control on wet, stormy roads has been excellent. Since I keep my car in top shape, including wheel alignments and rotate/balance every 5000 miles, I have a very good idea within the first 5000 miles on how tires will perform and last. It is my opinion that General's G-Max AS-05 has become Michelin's new worst nightmare. If these tires continue to perform well and last beyond 40K miles, then goodbye Michelin!!

I cant speak for the tire in the snow, however wet and dry performance are truly superb. I have about 12k or so on the tire and it has even wear on all 4 tires. Still grips as it did when was newer. get this tire if you are looking for year around performance rain, or shine!!!!!

I have about 7k miles on these on a 16 wrx.  Handle the tight twisties great, stable and predictable in mid- heavy rains.  Quiet and smooth.  Great sidewall stiffness without being harsh. Road noise isn't an issue.  Keep it up and will definitely buy again.

These tires are excellent tires giving decent traction and road handling with low road noise.  This is the second set that I purchased.  I got 80K on the first set of tires driving on my 2016 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid Ltd. You can not go wrong with these tires.  I highly recommend them.

Had these installed on my 06 Solstice, as recommended by tire rack. Have not driven to many miles so far, but happy with tires. Good traction, quiet, nice ride. I have had General tires on other vehicles and have never had any problems with any of them.

I've put about 7000 miles on these tires and I'm extremely happy with my purchase.  Fantastic wet and try traction. Fairly quiet and comfortable ride.  Amazing handling.  Good treadwear so far.  My only complaint is my gas mileage is slightly less compared to my previous tires (about 1 MPG).  They look good too.

2017 BRZ, occasional autocross.  This tire does not hold up well in autocross.  Not enough grip for racing, BUT... This is an excellent tire for the road!  Quiet, grippy on the road for normal driving.  I am a spirited driver and street driving it completely satisfied me.  Way more than enough grip than you need, but just not for autocross, as expected.    This tire squeal when they approach their limit, which is good warning sign, especially for drivers who is not familiar with the limited state of their car.

I bought these for my summer cruising car and absolutely love them. I am a mechanic and put the tires on myself and they balanced so nice. I only have put about 2000 miles on them but with nice weather coming that should go up! My favorite part of the tire is the simple sidewall design. Nothing distracting or obnoxious at all. Simple smooth design. Tread  pattern is nice looking but more importantly offers a smooth safe and quiet ride. They did excellent on wet roads! I would definitely recommend this tire to anyone with a sportier car.
