I put a set of Super Sports on my 05 Acura RL. I opted for the SS over A/S, because I wanted to see how the best tires worked on the car. These tires are going to spoil me and I'm afraid of getting any other tire, because it doesn't get any better than these. They are quite, handling is fantastic, and comfortable. You feel very reassured when you drive on these. I would recommend these tires to anyone. They are a little expensive, but well worth it. I am very satisfied.

I do a lot of auto x, hill climbs, track days, & different events. Some of which require d.o.t. street tires only & I must say there is no better overall street tire than the P.S.S. Wet & dry grip from this tire is outstanding for a tire that lasts as long as these. All of my street legal toys run these tires, drive to the track, hot laps, drive home... My only complaint is that the P.S.4.S. will be making its debut soon & out of the 46 sizes listed I don't see many to fit most of my toys. Come on Michelin you're killing me

I bought these tires to replace the OEM "performance" tires my Audi S4 was equipped originally. Much, much better than OEM Summer tires. Handles better, grips better in dry or wet weather. Much more precise turn in. I have no complaints at all. I just wonder how long they will last.

Got a new 2011 Audi A4 loaded. The car handled ok until the sidewall blew out on 1 tire at 6k miles. Researched 245/40 R 18 fitments and saw the rave reviews about the Michelin Pilot Super Sport tireline. Bought the tires and they transformed the ride, which was already good. As the ratings show some comfort is lost but handling particularly into corners is top notch. The first thing you notice after driving a few miles is that the tires are warm and become very sticky and picked up grit off my driveway. I was already feeling like an F1 driver! If I wanted to wander up and down the freeway all day then the 30k warrantly might scare you off but as I do 10k miles a year I wanted to get everything out of the car as these tires allow me to do that.

Purchased Pilot Super sports about 500 miles ago for my Cayman. Replaced PS2s. Handling and braking is excellent, ride seems a little smother. But than again my old tires were 6 years old and rubber probably hardened up by now. Very happy with my selection.

Last year, I replaced the OEM tires on my Mercedes-Benz AMG with Michelin Pilot Super Sports. I use the car mainly on the highway for long trips and seek out winding mountain roads. With the Super Sports, the turn-in is better, corning grip is better, they are as quiet or quieter, the ride is better and they have lasted 40% longer with the same kind of use. Plus, they are less expensive than the OEM brand. Great tires and excellent value!

Purchased these for my Charger SRT8 last year. These are by far the best performance tires I have ever owned! These are summer tires only, I would not recommend these in winter conditions. These tires are very predictable at the limit and great in wet and dry conditions. I will purchase again.

I JUST FINISHED A FULL TRACK DAY IN MY SATURN SKY RACE CAR EQUIPPED WITH PILOT SUPER SPORTS. THESE TIRES HELD UP BETTER THAN ANY OTHER STREET TIRE I'VE EVER USED FOR TRACK. THEY WERE VERY PREDICTABLE AND HAD EXCELLENT GRIP, EVEN WHEN HOT. WITH A PROPER TRACK ALIGNMENT, THEY WEAR EXTREMELY EVEN. STARTING THE DAY, TREADWEAR WAS 9/32. BY THE END OF THE DAY, THEY WERE WORN TO 7/32 ALL THE WAY ACROSS. BY THE THIRD SESSION, I WAS DRIFTING CORNERS DUE TO THE LEVEL OF CONFIDENCE THESE TIRES GAVE ME. EXCELLENT TIRE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I bought these to be my 3-season tire for my 2006 Audi A4 Avant. After 25,000 miles and life still to go, I cannot fathom how sticky these tires were. I say "were" because I got a nail in the sidewall last week and couldn't find a replacement set quick enough. Road feel is exceptional with these tires. Incredibly communicative. The grip is nothing short of exceptional. I could turn hard enough at autocross events to lift both my inside tires if I wasn't careful. Compared to the PS2, these really need some heat in them to perform optimally. I also think their hydroplane resistance is not as good as a normal PS2. By no means is it bad, but driving back to back you can tell a difference. With that said, these things grip sooooo much better in the dry than my PS2's ever did.

I bought these tires to replace my Pilot PS2's, and so far they have been worth the money. They give my car a lot of grip around the corners. They also have been pretty good in rain. I can't comment on wear life because I haven't had them to long, but they don't seem to have lost much tread. Would recommend these to anyone who has a sports car that they want to get a little more performance out of.
