The ice always has a chemical taste. Tried using a cleaner but that only helped through one bucket full. Definitely recommend NOT to purchase this product. Unusable

Stopped working after a few months

The ice maker has been great but it completely stopped working about 1 week ago. I can’t find anything about the warranty and can’t get through to anyone to see what I can do about this. I loved this ice maker and it just randomly stopped working.

worked nicely for about a year

I had one, I guess an older model not the one pictured, but it stopped working after about 15 months. The motor just stopped running. When it worked, it was nice. Made lots of ice and stopped when full.

Purchased 2 of these in less than two years. I thought the first was just a lemon and bought another. The second tells me it is out of water. It isn't. I am going to find a different brand. This is stupid.

Don’t buy

We’ve had 2 of them stop working, leak water everywhere. First one worked 3 months. The second one we used filtered water, lasted 4 weeks. Pieces of junk!

Broke Quickly

We loved this ice maker!! Unfortunately it randomly broke and we have been trying to fix it for weeks with no luck. Assuming the pump gave out, but it was less than 6 months old. Disappointing.
