I like the verity of flavors and the package is easy to place in my fridge. It's Gatorade, so you know that it is good!

When I had covid my dr. recommended drinking Gatorade. I found it to be too sweet and it gave me heartburn so I wasn't very happy with it. I know it it supposed to be good for you when you are sick but only if your body can handle it.
