The cheese is delicious, a bit like mozzarella, I cut it into 10 pieces and store it in the freezer so I have enough for a long time and it doesn't go bad

We have been looking for Asadero cheese for ages, and finally found it in one location...Sam's Club! I hope they will continue to carry it. Takes a while to go through 5 puonds (LOL) but we hope we can continue to find/buy it here. Absolutely delicious! We will be greatly disapppointed if they no longer carry it when we need it again (in about 2 weeks, probably :o)

Great price for such a large block

Excellent for melted cheese recipes, better than mozzarella for melted cheese sandwiches, value priced.

Great melting low fat cheese is great for my quesadillas, tacos or just melting over anything. The block is huge. I'll have to try and freeze some to make it last a while for me.

Great buttery taste. Excellent for quesadillas.

Great taste, great value!. Definitely a good option

Best cheese EVER!! I went back to Sam's club and it was all gone...

Remember eating this numerous times as a child. The taste and texture are the same. Very good cheese, great for cooking.

Love it I had been looking for it for a while and my local store didnt carry it. Finally, got it and ive already purchased a few times. Perfect for quesadillas and anything else you may want melted cheese on.
