[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a teacher assistant and I’m constantly reaching for pens to write with. I was very excited to get this and test it out. It’s a great looking pen and I liked the way it felt in my hand. However, when I tried to writes with it it “stuttered” and so that made it very difficult to write with. The nib of the pen was very fine, which I normally enjoy, but this pen nib bent when writing with it. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this pen. This pen was gifted to me in exchange for my honest review.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pen creates nice clean lines and is pleasant to use. The best part is that it does not smudge at all, which is crucial for someone who does a lot of writing. The feel of it is subjective - personally I prefer the G2 (also by Pilot) in terms of grip, but the ink behaves very differently so there are trade offs. I'm sure I will continue to use both.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the extra fine tip of this pen. It’s great for writing in planners, on flash cards, in birthday cards… you get the drift. It does go through the paper on thinner writing paper, but barely. The ink is smooth with no skipping or random globs. I really love this Pilot Rolling Ball pen.

It has a slim barrel which makes it easy to handle, and an extra fine tip - perfect for writing in calendars and journals. The ink hasn't smudged so far, which is a huge plus considering in a rolling ball pen. I like that it comes in different ink colors as I like to color code my calendars and notes, so will be purchasing more of these in the future.

I feel like there is some drag when using it and my handwriting looked jerky and uneven. I also don’t like that there is a cap to keep up with. I just prefer a simpler pen.

It’s perfect for me and my journal, but it would also be great for any artists that like to draw. It does smudge if you don’t let it dry, but overall it is a great pen. I would 100% buy it. I highly recommend it for anyone who appreciates a GOOD pen.
