Have only used these pens for 20+ years. Walmart price on black is best anywhere. Price on red is comparable.

Great pens but feel out of box. Several lids came off and ink all over pens and inside of bag. One tip even got bent.

Test pens are the greatest the write great. They are fine point which makes your writing accurate and sharp looking.

I have used Pilot V5 exclusively since 1992 and I have not only not switched pens, I refuse to buy anything else. One dozen every 3-4 years. Done.

Ink flows every time. No skips, no drips. My favorite pen of all time. Only pen I buy.
