I love this bread and feel confident knowing it's healthier than most. Tastes great as part of a sandwich, but my favorite use it for my own recipe for Banana French Toast Bake! No added sugar necessary, the bananas make it sweet enough. The bread makes it filling and satisfying!

Best bread I have ever eaten. It is worth every cent. I heard about it from a plethora of nutritionists and doctors who recommended the bread highly. For taste, freshness, and sustenance it can not be beaten. I am willing to pay extra for it as it is really good and healthy.

Both loaves were mold in middle of loaf but ok on each end!! Don’t understand this but was told by someone who bakes bread that the loaves were probably put into plastic bags to soon after baking, not allowing bread to cool completely. This may be true, sounds logical, not Sams fault, but bakery.

My husband likes this bread for several reasons. First the taste is good, not sweat. Second the size of each slice is big enough where he only needs to eat two slices to be full. Lastly, the carb to fiber ratio is satisfactory; carbs 22 grams and fiber 5 grams. We determine which breads we choose based on the carb/fiber content.

really enjoy dave's bread and it is great for many things... sandwiches etc... i wish it came in thicker slices for other uses (such as toast) with the thin sliced bread - it seems to dry and get crusty rather than toast and remain plyable. this could very well be user error, but i find thicker bread slices toast better and make superior french toast. dave, if you're listening... maybe come up with a "thick slice" bread ;-)

Simply adding lots of seed/grain varieties to your bread doesn’t make it exceptional. This bread is upgraded Wonderbread. It is given a sweet flavor and chewy texture via the use of molasses. I see why many reviewers say their kids love it … sweetness. I will pass on this overpriced product in future.

I really love a bread that has some substance and flavor. This bread meets my wants very well. It is a hearty texture and I really like the extra boost from the whole grains and seeds. it makes great toast and grilled cheese as well a good sandwich.

This is insanely GOOD bread! It isn't cheap though. At nearly $6 a loaf you must refrigerate it if you don't eat a loaf in a day or two as there are NO PRESERVATIVES! You won't want it to go all moldy at that price. It is covered in the various seeds and grains that make it so healthy. For once, I feel satisfied after eating a sandwich as it is like the old grains that use to be in our bread instead of this mutant wheat they use today that fills up no one's belly! I just wish it was more in our price range as that's a lot of money for our family for just a small loaf of bread. A++++

It's a delicious and hearty bread. It's often a little hardened. It seems rare to find Dave's bread that is very fresh and soft. I think places should cut back a bit on the stock on hand to allow for more product rotation. It's a premium bread at a premium price, it should be very fresh.

Best commercial bread on the market. Little pricey. Interesting background on the brand name.
