This is the best bread I have ever eaten. If you like a bread that's chock full of texture, seeds, flavor, and nutrition, this is for you!

1 1/4 tsp of sugar per slice. This makes this healthy bread unhealthy. The other ingredients are good but sugar is not necessary in bread making. I make a whole grain bread with a ton of healthy ingredients and no sugar is added. It can be done.

this is the real deal if you are looking for a great tasting, good texture and density, good slice size, healthy bread. The back story of the company is also interesting and appears to employ a worthwhile cause.
