I like this bread, it has healthy ingredients, i like the smaller version of this bread, but i always just eat one piece at a time/ cut in half, its delicious, and i feel better about eating bread, i will purchase again!

1 1/4 tsp of sugar per slice. This makes this healthy bread unhealthy. The other ingredients are good but sugar is not necessary in bread making. I make a whole grain bread with a ton of healthy ingredients and no sugar is added. It can be done.

this is the real deal if you are looking for a great tasting, good texture and density, good slice size, healthy bread. The back story of the company is also interesting and appears to employ a worthwhile cause.
