Have the Super Sports now on two cars, 02 M5 and M Coupe. Recently completed a 5k round trip in the coupe to Laguna Seca and back to Texas. Super Sports are excellent highway tire and perform extremely well on the track. Very responsive and progressive and predictable. Heat stable. So far noise is minimal. If the mileage lives up to the rating i will have found the perfect tires.

Finally ditched the OEM runflats off my 2011 BMW Z4. These tires have such great lateral grip, on/off ramps will bring a smile. Much quieter than previous tires and of course, gone is that awful juddering across uneven surfaces when turning. Looking forward to finally feeling the car handle as it was designed.

I purchased a set of four about 45,000 miles ago, and have had only two flats during that time. The treads are ok, but I have a crack all the way around the outer edge. Is this very unusual? It did not happen with my original equipment tires used 7.5 years. I have used this set about 7.5 years, also. THX/"CHUCK"

Super Sports came standard on my 2017 BMW M3 (with competition package) I am soon updating my ECU etc with a Dinan ECU tuner, intake and Heat Exchanger. Traction will become a real issue, so I'm upping my rear 275s to Pilot Super Sport 305s. In spite of my present 507 HP the Michelins really grip the road. In tight corners I feel like I'm on rails.

I normally put about 7,000 miles a year on this car. Mostly driven on short trips. Last year drove across country, about 7300 miles. The car handles well, but the wear factor is awful. After less than12,000 I am almost down to the wear bar. Needless to say I am looking for another brand of tire that will give longer tred wear.

I just purchased a pre-owned 2006 Acura TL last year, but it needed new tires asap. After doing some research on-line I found several performance tests of the Super Sport, so I figured I would give them a try. I will say that the dry weather performance is outstanding and the wet weather performance is just as impressive (Wet get a lot of rain here in Florida!). The only downside is the wear. With less than 20K miles I had to replace my tires. The tire store did give me credit towards the new set, but it was an expense I was not ready for. I may rethink my next set for something a bit longer lasting as I do a lot of highway miles. Still, for any performance car, I would say give these tires a try at least once.

I JUST FINISHED A FULL TRACK DAY IN MY SATURN SKY RACE CAR EQUIPPED WITH PILOT SUPER SPORTS. THESE TIRES HELD UP BETTER THAN ANY OTHER STREET TIRE I'VE EVER USED FOR TRACK. THEY WERE VERY PREDICTABLE AND HAD EXCELLENT GRIP, EVEN WHEN HOT. WITH A PROPER TRACK ALIGNMENT, THEY WEAR EXTREMELY EVEN. STARTING THE DAY, TREADWEAR WAS 9/32. BY THE END OF THE DAY, THEY WERE WORN TO 7/32 ALL THE WAY ACROSS. BY THE THIRD SESSION, I WAS DRIFTING CORNERS DUE TO THE LEVEL OF CONFIDENCE THESE TIRES GAVE ME. EXCELLENT TIRE. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. These tires replaced the original equipment summer tires on my 2004 S2000. The ride is much quieter, the grip is incredible in corners and the car feels smoother over road imperfections. The Michelins even grip better in the rain. I am very happy with the Michelins and recommend them highly.

I have them on my 2005 BMW M3 and it's real joy in the long sweeping turns, keeps the car planted all the time. In the rain breaks traction only if I'm trying. The backside is the price I'm wondering when is the new rubber coming the 4s. I would like to have them like a track set

This spring, I put a set of Super Sports on my Porsche 911 C2S. It is like having a new car. The PS2s that were on the car before were good, but these are much, much better. The handling is crisper and the ride is smooth and quiet. These are the best tires I have ever had on any car.
