We eat these pretzels every time we shop at Sam's club, with this whole coronavirus pandemic, we haven't been going as a family, it's nice to be able to have something fun and familiar at home.

We've purchased these in the past and they are super great good busy families like ours. But this case seemed like they had been thawed and refrozen as the pretzels seem dry. Hopefully it was just this order and next will be better!

Same pretzels that they sell in the food court, comes with cinnamon sugar and salt toppings but you have to butter them to get them to turn out the same.

We couldn't keep these stocked in our concession stand this season! We went through boxes and boxes, and everyone commented about how delicious they are.

I wish it came in smaller quantities. I keep a spare freezer in my garage but 60 pretzels take up a lot of space. I wish they would give more of the cinnamon topping. Couldn’t find directions to bake so looked on the internet.

Many broken pretzels in my order. This is usually not an issue and the pretzels are delicious. We use them in our concession stands and can't really sell them if they're in pieces.

These are amazing! We were attending a basketball game at a local school and we got one for my son. I realized the wrapper said Member's Mark, so I immediately looked up if I could get them just for snacks at our home, and of course they were! We heat them up in our airfryer, 350* for 6 minutes, and we flip at 3 minutes. But we enjoy these so much!

Very soft and delicious! Only problem we had was that it didn’t come with the salt packet. It would have been better with salt but we still ate them. Pop in the air fryer for 5 min at 350 and brush with butter. My 12 YO ate them every other day after school as a snack.

The product is awesome. Getting it at the pick-up area through an online order is difficult. These are not kept on the floor. Allowing time for trucks to deliver does not help. Talking to associates does not alleviate the problem. However, the Cafe will sell a case if they have one unopened. A manager may also check the stock reserved for the cafe. If I have time to talk with several people, I can get some great pretzels! Otherwise, I get an email just before pick-up that confirms the rest of the order is ready but pretzels are unavailable

These are the pretzets you can buy at Sam's Club food court, so if you like those, these are the exact same ones.. easy to make.. bake in oven 350 for 5 minutes, if you want to get the same taste factor, they do a butter dunk, i just brused melted butter on ours and topped with salt, which is included in the big box, along with the cinnamon sugar and even the paper wrap bags they serve the pretzels in... which my kids think is cute when we make them at home... these are the best pretzels we have had, the sweet dough is so soft.
