The product is awesome. Getting it at the pick-up area through an online order is difficult. These are not kept on the floor. Allowing time for trucks to deliver does not help. Talking to associates does not alleviate the problem. However, the Cafe will sell a case if they have one unopened. A manager may also check the stock reserved for the cafe. If I have time to talk with several people, I can get some great pretzels! Otherwise, I get an email just before pick-up that confirms the rest of the order is ready but pretzels are unavailable

Very soft and delicious! Only problem we had was that it didn’t come with the salt packet. It would have been better with salt but we still ate them. Pop in the air fryer for 5 min at 350 and brush with butter. My 12 YO ate them every other day after school as a snack.

WHEN I FOUND THESE ON LINE THAT YOU COULD BUY THEM BY THE BOX, I WAS SO HAPPY! THEY ARE THE ONES THAT THEY SELL IN THE FOOD COURT, AND I ALWAYS BUY A FEW WHEN I GO TO SAMS, THEY ARE AWESOME! I AM FROM PHILLY 20 YEARS AGO, AND THEY CALLED ONE OF THESE PRETZELS AND A "COKE" A COLA A PHILLY BREAKFAST. SO THIS IS WHAT I EAT FOR LUNCH, ONE OF THESE AWESOME PRETZELS WITH BUTTER WHILE ITS COOKING (LIKE SAMS COOKS) AND SALT AND A BOTTLED COKE!

These are delicious. I wish Sam’s Club would make sure enough are in stock on a regular basis. I had ordered them online for pickup the next day and they weren’t in stock. The students and faculty love these pretzels. I don’t want to be negative, but I wonder how long these pretzels will be available before they are discontinued like many other products at Sam’s Club.

I frequently purchase these to serve at our bar. They are in very high demand. Our customers love them. We ran out shortly before the hurricane and understandably they could not receive shipment for a couple of weeks. We sure had happy customers when we finally we able to purchase them. Great value and taste. Love these pretzels!!!!!

Does not come with baking instruction. I have tried to bake with different temperature and time, but the center remains raw. If it is baked too long, the pretzel is very hard. It does taste very good and the price is very reasonable. It comes with cinnamon sugar but not enough. It is not a big deal because I can make extra by ground cinnamon and sugar.

These are excellent for any party or celebration and quickly warmed up plus prepared. For little kids, its is a bit to much and maybe cutting the pretzel in half but for adults it is perfect. Great value and size of them as well! It came with the cinnamon sugar or the salt and enough paper sleeves to place the delicious hot pretzels in.

These are amazing! We were attending a basketball game at a local school and we got one for my son. I realized the wrapper said Member's Mark, so I immediately looked up if I could get them just for snacks at our home, and of course they were! We heat them up in our airfryer, 350* for 6 minutes, and we flip at 3 minutes. But we enjoy these so much!

We only use this brand at our concession stand. It’s the same pretzel that they serve in their club. We used to buy the other brand that is normally stocked in the store but once I figured out how to order this we never looked back. Spend the little extra to get a better quality soft pretzel. It comes with more than enough pretzel salt, cinnamon/sugar mix, and serving bags.
