My husband and 29 year old son with plenty of build experience took 4 afternoons of at least 4 hours each to construct this. Each time they squared it something was out of alignment. Not pleased with this product, but since they spent so much time on it we'll see how it holds up.

I have had this greenhouse up for a couple of weeks now and it has been great. The kit is easy enough to put together but it has to be on a level base and everything has to be squared. Once you start you have to keep going until all the polycarbonate panels are locked in or else even a light wind can blow it apart. Once everything is in place, it is very stable. Mine has already withstood gale force winds and my wife has seedlings growing in it even tho there was frost on the ground in the morning. It gets quite warm and humid in there even on cooler days. If you're looking for a greenhouse, this is the one to get! You can't beat the price and the size is all we really need.

So I receieve the kit in the mail, and it took about 10 hours total to assemble. Warning to customers, follow instructions carefully and be patient with yourself! Lay out lots of time and plan to do only that and your greenhouse will work great. I got tbe anchors too but havent had to set them uo yet because its very sturdy on its own! Every piece has a purpose, and it was great they included some extras in case problems arose!

Whoever said "A picture is worth a thousand words" has never attempted to assemble a greenhouse from only pictures. This is my fourth greenhouse assembly and this was more difficult because of lack of pictures. One suggestion I would have to the manufacturer is to be consistent in your shading of the panels for inside and out throughout the whole manual. That being said, it is a well designed greenhouse and sturdy once assembled. I have a similar one I assembled 20 years ago and it moved with me and I still use it. (That greenhouse survived a tornado that passed through 6 years ago). I assembled it on a base of 4x4 treated, for a heavy base. I assembled it myself, which took longer, and it certainly would be easier with two people. My only complaint is with the door and door frame construction. Because both are constructed from joined pieces instead on one piece along the vertical frame, there is a little bit of a bow in both and they do not close well. Plus the door cannot stay true. I got a screen door tension rod which I installed across the door to keep it from dropping and will install more weather striping along the door. But all in all, a pretty nice green house and a good value for the price.

I purchased one of these in July 2017 and completed the installation in September 2017. It went together without any issues. Some reviews have complained about the instructions not being in writing just pictures. I didn't find it to be an issued. This is the second Palram greenhouse I have purchased and installed by myself. I find the fit and quality to be exceptional and a good value.

I purchased this a week ago and I am setting up hydroponics in it. The instructions are missing a few steps but it is pretty easy to overcome as long as you pay attention to what to tighten when. I did most of the assembly by myself and can't wait to start growing in it. I assembled mine on top of a wooden deck and this thing is sturdy!

After 2 days and cuts all over our hands we finally got the house together. We were determined. Ive seen similar houses for triple the price so I guess I got what I paid for. Make sure you tie it down because while we were putting it together 11mph winds swept it across the yard rolling!! Putting it together was such a horrible experience but now that its over I do love the greenhouse. Make sure you really pay attention to where you place it because moving it is not an option. The plastic panels are so difficult to get in and pop out for nothing. I love it! I received the green version of this for Xmas from my husband. I laid a brick foundation and mounted it on top of 4 x 4's and anchored those to the ground. I had one of the little cheapo plastic green houses and it only lasted 2 seasons because of the wind. This is SOOOO much better! I wish it was a little more flexible, meaning easier to possibly take down in the summer and pout back up in the spring but I will get used to it. Instructions were pretty easy until I got to the triangle peaks. I think they should label the triangle panels so that you have the correct isosceles. I purchased the automatic window opener that keeps it at 80 degrees in 60 degree weather. Anxious to see how hot it will be in the summer. Excited to break it in this season!

My plants got too big and too many to bring into the house in cold weather. We researched several greenhouses. This size and construction materials (made of high grade materials) were perfect for us. Of coarse the price and wonderful reviews and how to videos made it easy to put together. When we received out greenhouse we were a bit surprised by the size of the box! No way could this small box hold the materials to make a 6'x8' greenhouse. We however were pleasantly surprised. If directions are followed as written 2 people can easily assemble this greenhouse and a sturdy 6'x8' wooden platform in a day. And it IS 6'x8' and very sturdy ! There is plenty room to hold all of our plants and then some. We would recommend this greenhouse to anyone.

The box came with a holes in it. Most of the hardware and small parts fell out during shipping. Some of the framing was damaged and bent. It was not Palram’s fault but the gorillas at FedEx who did not handle the box safely. I would have given it 5 stars but much of the parts were damaged because of handling in shipping. I called the company and they sent me all the parts that were damaged or missing in shipment by FedEx. They replied promptly by email. The instructions are all pictures but some written instruction would helpful. The 6 x 8 size seems very roomy. I will placed two sets of stacked shelves in there for my small pots and there is plenty of room to move in my big pots this winter. Overall it looks great and so far I love it.
