I am hesitant to give a 5 star, because these tires on my Miata, seem to lack smooth steering. For example, when you just slightly turn the wheel, it jumps like it had difficulty going over its own tread?????, then when you turn back slightly it sticks and jumps. Very subtle, different then the OEM tires that were on the vehicle. Wish I really knew what was going on. Air pressure is what is on door jam. I may vary tire pressure and test.

Too many reports not indicating what vehicle the tires are mounted on! What good is such info? I have a new set of 245/4018 going on our 2019 RS 3, which has run 16,698 fast back roads out of a total 23,192 on current Michelin A/S3+ with no issues at all. Will report on the Pilot Sport 4S after some mileage is run at speed.

My car seems to ride a little harder, than before. I removed Continental tires from my Mercedes C300.The ride sounds loud,if that makes since. But for the price I guess that was pretty good. Not to mention the warranty that came with them. Life of the tire balancing, rotation, etc, etc.

Had to replace the tires on my 2018 Civic Sport and I can't believe the difference. I previously had some “high-performance” Falken tires that weren't bad but after a couple days with the Michelin Sport A/S 4s I finally understand. This is the first Michelin performance tire I have ever driven on and my car is a completely different machine on these tires. The level of grip is superior to any tire I have ever had, even in the rain. My car feels like it is floating until I cut the wheel and suddenly it becomes glued to the blacktop. I am a very aggressive driver and understand the value of having tires you can trust on your car and I love these tires!!!

I drive a RWD P85+ Tesla Model S, which is both heavy and up until last winter had staggered 21” wheels. I was used to buying a new set of Pilot Sport 4S for the rear every 10-12k miles, which is to be expected, but not welcomed on that setup. I switch to 20” square rims front and aft, and also switched to Pilot Sport AS 4's ,245/45/ZR20 99Y, and couldn't be happier. Now that I can rotate tires life if grand. I'm used to extremely irregular wear and regular pinch flats, but I've got things nailed down now. Tire wear with theses tire is even, traction is more than adequate and tire noise is drastically reduced.

I've had my tires for about 9 months now and they're awesome!! My previous set of tires were the Continental Extremecontact DWS06. If I were to compare the two, in terms of performance and comfort, the Pilot Sport A/S 4 has been quite a bit better in the dry and wet weather...gas mileage is approximately the same for both tires. I haven't had the opportunity to drive in the snow so I don't know which tires are better. But in terms of treadwear, I would give a slight edge to the Continentals.

I've had a few good tires in my life, but nothing like the wow factor of this new design. The wet traction is outstanding. This tire inspires a lot of confidence. So much technology with the tread design and the compound. I'm not looking forward to the snow, but with this tire I feel that it will not be a problem. This might be the perfect tire for the Pacific Northwest. I live in Vancouver BC and we get lots of rain. My old set of P Zeros feel like crap in comparison to the Michelin AS4. My Mustang loves these tires !!! :)

These tires have great grip even in the heaviest of rains however you pay for this with 15-20% range loss in all driving conditions in my Tesla Model 3. I normally only drive it locally but now I can't really take it on long trips because it will require charging stops.

Bought these tires about a year ago and have no complaints at all!! They're much grippier than my old tires and are whisper quiet. Unfortunately, my MPG has taken a slight hit, but that's a small price to pay for much more confident braking and handling.

I purchased these tires so that I could drive my Vette so I wouldn't be worried about late season mountain drives. I have just over 2,000 miles on them and couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is great, the handling seems to be better and there's virtualy no road noise.
