So, I wasn't satisfied with the first necklace that I received, I was being very picky over quality. I contact Sam's Club who put me into contact with Sam (jeweler) and told him about my issues with the current necklace. He understood & sent me a returned shipping label. I sent it back & got a new one several days later that was superb. I am very happy with the necklace & very happy with Sam's (the jeweler) customer service. Great job!

Cheap clasp , bent the clasp the 2nd time I wore them

I'm sure it was a great value for quality but gone up quite a bit in last four years since my last granddaughter graduated. They are really nice pearls and I'm glad I purchased.

This was a graduation present and it was perfect. Even the box was lovely! I compared prices and quality (A levels) at a large department store and Sam's was much better!

The clasp would not work! I had to bend on it and was able to finally get it to latch securely.

The clasp is difficult to use.

Pearls arrived today. 1) The strand doesn't hang straight. 2) The knot between the end pearl and the one beside it isn't tied correctly. There is no knot and no flexibility between the two pearls. 3) At least three of the pearls have red ink/marker on them. 4) The color is not the color shown on display online. I do understand color can vary.

Bought the 8-8.5 mm Akoya necklace. Absolutely gorgeous!!! Pearl luster without any spots (as mentioned in other reviews). Wife loves it.
