Bought these at a discount for my son for Christmas. It's a win-win!

Complete rip off. Waste of hard earned money. Stupid silver sticker covering code peeled up and ripped code underneath. Completely unusable. And of course Sam's Club could not care less. Absolute waste of money and a ruined birthday present. Completely ridiculous setup.

A $100 Steam gift card was purchased for my 10 year old son's birthday. The card was shipped from Sam's directly to our home. My son was so excited because this was the only gift he wanted. When he pulled off the sticker for the code, the code was unreadable. He contacted Steam as directed. During the night, they sent him the code. He got up the next morning, and tried to redeem the code Steam sent. There was nothing on the card. I tried to talk to Steam first. They said Sam's sold the card and was responsible for the content. I went to Sam's with the card and spoke with Customer Service who gave me a number to call. I called the number and they said they could not help. My son was devastated. I will never purchase a gift card again. So much for Sam's Satisfaction Guarantee.

Our teenagers enjoy many of the different variety of games offered on Steam and wait for the occasional sales to load up.

I bought Steam gift cards to give out for Christmas presents and none of the cards work. Super embarrassing and I just threw away money.

bought 2 cards in store. 50 bucks each. gave cards as Christmas gifts. neither card activated. one card the code number came off and cant be read. as today is christmas, I dont know if sams will be any help in getting that cash back

Never buy gift cards through online, unless is e-Card. Only buy in the store. Always check the physical gift code is secure and sealed before buy. Ensure gift cards is activated by checking the top section of the receipt after payment.
