[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a first time diabetic, so I was worried about using the meter to monitor my blood sugar levels. The instructions were very clear on how to set the monitor up so it is ready for use. The package comes with a meter, test sticks, lancets, lacing device, control solution and a bag to keep all of the stuff in. The bag holds each item in a spot to keep the meter and items safe and easy to grab it on the go. Once the meter has been set up and ready for use, it was very easy to test my blood for the first time. First, you need to wash you hands to keep the meter and items clean. Then you can turn the meter on and easily place a test stick in the device and place the lancet in the device. Depending where I am, I may wash my hands again to ensure that they are clean. Then I pull the top part of the lacing device back and place the lacing device up against the finger and press the button to draw blood. I, then place my finger up to the test stick and it will absorb the blood into the device. It takes 10 seconds for the meter to read my blood level. I enjoy that the display is large and easy to read and I am able to hold the meter in my hand if I desire. So far, I have really enjoyed using this product to self monitor my blood sugar levels.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this meter! It's tiny enough to fit in my pocket or to carry in my purse when I go out. The sample size is very small so I don't have too much pain with routine testing. The only complaint I have is that mine did not come with lancets to start me off so I had to keep the one from my previous kit.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really handy little glucose blood meter because it's compact. The first thing I noticed was the packaging was done really nicely. It includes everything you need to take a sample of your blood and read it. You get the glucose monitor itself they also include a Lancet pack and the finger pricker called true draw. They use really fine lancets so your finger doesn't hurt as much compared to other brands. That's really important for me as a type 2 diabetic Warrior. It also has a convenient carrying case and solution to clean the device when needed on the inside where the strips go. They give you a sample set of 10 strips which is nice so you can test it out accurately and you can purchase these strips widely at pretty much every Pharmacy you can think of so that's good for convenience sake. Results appear to be accurate as I've used several others I even tested this against a few I have at home and it appears to be more accurate to one of the sensors that I have in my arm against one of the other glucose monitors that I use. Granted I know they said each monitor is different and you will not get the same results from each but this is important for me to know how closely the accuracy is because that could mean taking more or less insulin so that is key. It appears to be a really great system that I was able to test a couple of times to get a feel for it and it's pocketable in that you can slide it into a pocket a book bag or if you have a diabetes supplies bag this will be right at home you also get a carrying pouch that you can store your supplies in easily. For me this took about 10 to 15 seconds it says it can be as fast as 4 seconds and it doesn't require a lot of blood which is great you can also store 500 results with time and date and it doesn't require any real programming of the device or calibration it also has a stripper release button and download capabilities and you can tag events such as before meal after meal exercise sick medication and others. This is definitely one that I would highly consider if I was in the market for one and I will continue to use this if I get more strips, highly recommend this as I was impressed with all that it has. It was definitely consideration in every area from the rounded Corners when holding the device that makes it easy to fit in the hand to the large display and easy readability. It also has grips on the bottom of the monitor so that it doesn't slide which is a clear design choice that shows they put effort into every aspect of this device.

With the new meter I can use or keep in my emergency kit as well but I actually likes it more than my current meter. It came with a spare battery and really cute/discreet carrying case that fits nicely into my bag. So far no issues with the product. Would highly recommend and would buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this to always keep up with my mother's sugar readings, I want to make sure of it by testing and observing my levels. It is very easy to use. I didn't have to log in to a number like the last one I had. The test strips are priced well and this product seems to be very easy to use from start to finish. I dont have to worry about not having one for testing at home or while im out.

It reads my results super fast and I love that it has testing reminders!! One other feature that is awesome is I have the ability to download my results and provide that information to my healthcare provider directly during appointments. I would recommend this tester to anyone!

My doctor told me to pick up a meter where I could always check my sugar if I was ever feeling bad. This glucose meter is very easy to use, and tested my sugar with this meter and the one at doctors and it was accurate. Happy customer!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to try this out, as I have been wanting a new blood glucose meter for some time. However, after a long testing period, I found the results to vary widely from time to time. I did not take it to my doctor to confirm though. I will use this as a travel or backup meter.
