It comes with its own carrying case as for the battery life I have not had it long enough to see how long it last although you can change out the battery so it is something that you can keep long-term.

The tester is so small, smaller than a wallet, you can take it with you and be discreet about it. Has a cute little carrier pouch, you can add the machine, strips and needles. It’s givers you results in seconds, the needle doesn’t hurt like others do, great product and easy to use. The product is made to last long battery life, been using for almost 2 weeks and don’t need to change batteries. Great tool to manage your blood sugar daily. Recommend 100%

The results were accurate as compared to my regular meter. The only *small* concern is that this seems to take longer to populate the results.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This meter is great! It’s small in size so it’s got great portability yet the screen is large and super easy to read. The instructions were user friendly and so are the meters functions. It doesn’t get any easier than putting the strip in and it automatically turns on. I got fast and accurate readings each time I used it. I like being able to compare my numbers to each other everyday and having them stored in the machine makes that so easy. Overall it’s a simplistic design that does exactly what it’s supposed too.

I wish more strips came in one pack, but they seem to read accurately so far and are easy enough to figure out. They seem to work fine with the reader; but I do wonder if you could use generic strips, will need to test this out.

Data management is a breeze, being that it comes with a chart to allow for easy recording of the data. Battery longevity isn't an issue either, great for travel. It's very discreet and doesn't take a lot of space. I highly recommend it to those people that like myself have to know their glucose levels.
