The supplier drop the ball because they were the ones that packed the already damaged roses. I have purchased Ecuatorian Roses before and they are truly the best. These roses were for Mother's Day 1st grade school event. I was in shock when I opened the box right when they were delivered. I was so embarrassed because I had to tell my teacher's team that my idea of ordering them at Sams didn't work out.

Customer service refunded half......half.... of these roses. They did not hold, was shipped from Miami, to Memphis, then back to Mississippi. DRY and ROTTEN. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! Yes, I reached out to customer service before this statement for a resolution with plenty of pictures to document. They refunded half of the roses...half!
